Delivery of Digital Products

All products purchased from wpmarket are delivered digitally through your account dashboard. Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased products.

Product delivery occurs during our working hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Indian Standard Time. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed during the next available working window. We do not process orders on Sundays and public holidays.

In most cases, products are available for download immediately after payment. However, in rare circumstances, manual verification may be required, which could delay delivery by a few hours during working days.

You will receive an email confirmation with download instructions and access details once your order is processed. If you do not receive access within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@wpmarket.in.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer refunds under specific circumstances. Refunds are provided only when a product fails to work as described or when there are licensing issues that prevent proper activation.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within five to seven business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Refunds are not available for expired licenses or for renewal purchases. Once a license period begins, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.

We aim to respond to all support requests within 48 hours during working days. Complex issues may require additional time to investigate and resolve.

Support is provided only in English. We do not offer support in other languages at this time.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent or illegal activities, abuse of our services or support team, chargebacks or payment disputes, creating multiple accounts, or any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access and use our products and services will immediately cease. You will not be entitled to any refund for unused license time unless the termination was made in error by us.
